Visit a Strip Club
Portland has the most strip clubs per capita of any city in the United States. Part of the reason is that people in Portland skew sex-positive, and stripping is considered a viable profession. This means that most of the clubs have a noticeably unseedy feel, and they offer a wide range of actually good food and drinks, including a plethora of local beers and/or vegan fare. Most of them are open all day, seven days a week.
